In my humble and untrained culinary opinion, The Castle Restaurant and Pub has no contemporary in Natchez Proper.
After future stays and eating in new restaurants, I may amend this thought. But as of today, The Castle is where cuisine fit for royalty can be found.
I’ve eaten here only twice. The first time, our business associate and his wife treated us to an exquisite dinner this summer. And, just this week, my ladies club had their monthly get-together here.

It is way too cliché to write about ‘the view takes your breath away’. But how do you describe the scenery when the grounds really do leave you in awe? Well, I suppose in order to understand my description, you’ll just have to dine at The Castle and see for yourself. Bon Appetit!
